Payment of Tuition and Fees

Tuition and fees are due and payable in full before classes begin. Payment can be made by check, money order, cash, or credit/debit card at the Business Office/Cashier’s window. Payment by mail may be made by check or money order and is payable to Mesalands Community College. For payment by credit/debit card, please contact the Business Office. Students will be dropped from registered classes if all tuition and fees have not been paid by the end of the regular enrollment period. Alternatively, a valid Deferred Payment Plan must be on file.

Deferred Payment Plan

For an additional fee, students can pay for tuition and fees in installments. The Deferred Payment Plan allows up to three payments for tuition and fees. Students who elect to use the Deferred Payment Plan must complete and sign a Deferred Payment Plan agreement (available online or from the Business Office). Students who default on the payment plan will be accessed a late fee. This late fee will be applied per the term of the agreement. Students who default on any of their payments will be prohibited from using this service in the future.
