This apartment complex has several apartments that come with refrigerator, stove, air conditioning, washer hook-ups, and some have electricity for a dryer; water and gas are paid. Rent is a minimum of $50 or 30% of annual income. The contract length is for one year, (early out with 30-day notice). A deposit of $100 is required. Pets are allowed $100 deposit, $10 monthly. An application is required.

This RV Park is located on Highway 54, south of the Historic Route 66 and north of Interstate 40. The park provides spaces for 56 RVs. Thirty amp and 50 amp hook-ups.
