Cinco De Mayo will be celebrated on Saturday, May 4, 2024. Mesalands Community College has partnered with the City of Tucumcari to present a day full of games, food, and fun. The day will begin at 1 p.m. in the west parking lot of Mesalands Community College. A car show will be held outside the North American Wind Research and Training Center. It will continue until 4 p.m. at Mesalands Community College, followed at 8 p.m. inside the Tucumcari Convention Center with live bands and dancing. Doors open at 7 p.m. The evening dance is for ADULTS ONLY (Must be at least 21 to enter) with a CASH BAR, CASH ONLY.
The event at Mesalands Community College will have game booths, face painting, bounce houses, prize grab, dunk tank, and a car show with food and festivities for everyone. Piñatas will be set up for all ages. BRING YOUR OWN CHAIRS.

TICKETS: will be sold for games, concessions, treats, and face painting. Tickets will be $0.25 a ticket.
FOOD TRUCKS: Will be accepting separate monies. Tickets will not be accepted for food truck orders.
That evening (May 4) at the Tucumcari Convention Center doors open for two live bands and a dance at 7 p.m. The dance will continue until Midnight. (1500 West US Rt. 66, Tucumcari, NM 88401)

The dance is for those 21 years and older.
Tickets: FREE! Paid for in part by the Tucumcari Lodger’s Tax.
