Participants (Qualifying Registrants): There are two ways to enter the giveaway. There are two entry periods. Those who enroll in Mesalands Community College (excluding those under the age of 18) between April 13, 2021 (12:00 a.m.) and August 16, 2021 (before 3 p.m.) The time frame does not apply to those who mail their entries in (see: “No Purchase Necessary criteria”). Entry Period 1.) To qualify for Summer sweepstakes Participants must be qualified on or before May 22, 2021 (3:00 p.m.). Entry Period 2.) To qualify for Fall sweepstakes Participants must be qualified on or before August 16, 2021 (3:00 p.m.). Participants who qualify for Summer sweepstakes will also be entered into the Fall Sweepstakes.
Employees of Mesalands Community College and their family may not participate in the sweepstakes.
Winner: An individual participant (Qualifying Registrant) who has been randomly drawn from a list of qualifying registrants. Qualifying registrants include mail-in entries submitted (post marked) within the designated time frame. The winners (2), one in the Summer and one in the Fall, will be contacted by registered email and announced on Mesalands Community College’s Facebook page and on this web page no later than June 14, 2021 (Summer Winner) (1) winner and September 6, 2021 (Fall Drawing) (1) winner. Participants do not have to be present to win. The (Summer) prize will be mailed out no later than June 28, 2021 (Summer Winner). The (Fall) prize will be mailed out no later than September 20, 2021 (Fall Winner). Everyone who apply or enrolls between April 13, 2021 (12:00 a.m.) and August 16, 2021 (before 3:00 p.m.) are eligible to win.
Drawing Procedure: All participants who enroll during the designated time frame, according to the official rules of this page (only eligible participants will be considered), will be entered into a randomizer (random.org) and drawn at random.
The Prize: (1) iPad (10.2 inch, WiF iPad Air 64 Gigabyte, space grey, assigned at random) ($299.00/ individually) will be awarded to (1) participant per drawing period, (Winners will not be eligible for a second drawing in the same year) randomly selected from contestants (Qualifying Registrants) entered by means described in these official rules. The prize will be delivered by mail to the participant’s registered address or the address posted on the 3”x5” card. There will be a total of (2) two individual winners. The process of drawing will be followed twice to find two individual winners. The Summer drawing will be announced no later than June 14, 2021. Summer participants must be enrolled no later than May 22, 2021 (3:00 p.m.) The Fall drawing will be announced September 9, 2021. Fall drawing participants must have been enrolled or applied no later than August 16, 2021 (3:00 p.m.). Individual participants enrolled anytime between April 13, 2021 (12:00 a.m.) and August 16, 2021 (3:00 p.m.) are eligible for the fall drawing. Participants enrolled or applied after May 22, 2021 (3:00 p.m.) are not eligible for the Summer drawing.

Registered address: The mailing address designated by the participant in their registration at Mesalands Community College, or the mailing address designated on the mail-in 3”X5” card with First and Last Name, mailing address, Phone Number and email address. Cards received without these listed details will not be accepted as entrants.
“No Purchase Necessary” – participants do not have to enroll to enter the sweepstakes. To enroll without registering with Mesalands Community College:
- Students may mail in a Mesalands Community College “Mail-In” registration card beginning April 13, 2021 and post marked on or before May 15, 2021 (Summer Drawing) or August 7, 2021 (Fall Drawing). Participants may pick up the “Mail-In” portion of the recruiting card on campus (911 S. Tenth St. Tucumcari, NM 88401) during scheduled business hours Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is the participant’s responsibility to pick up the Mail-In portion of the recruiting card from Student Affairs on campus at Mesalands Community College during scheduled business hours.
- Sending in a 3”x5” card with participant’s First and Last Name, mailing address, Phone Number, and email address will be accepted as a qualified registration entry. Entries must be post marked on or before May 15, 2021 (Summer Drawing) or August 7, 2021 (Fall Drawing). Only entries received after April 13, 2021 will be accepted. Any entry received after April 13, 2021 and postmarked on or before August 7, 2021 will qualify for the fall drawing. Entries received after May 15, 2021 (3:00 p.m.) will be entered into the fall sweepstakes. Mail entries to:
