LEGAL SERVICES
Mesalands Community College is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified legal service providers to assist and represent the college as needed. Proposals shall be delivered to Mark Martinez, CPO, Mesalands Community College, 911 South Tenth Street, Tucumcari, NM 88401. Proposals must be received by June 7, 2023, no later than 5:00pm MT.

Mesalands College intends to make purchases for which it considers there to be no competition. This will be a “Sole Source” purchase made in accordance with 13-1-126 NMSA 1978. Any potential qualified contractor may protest the selection in proper writing within 15 days after the procurement notice was posted by the state purchasing agent’s website.
