Mesalands Community College has been invited to sponsor a Spring Rodeo for the Grand Canyon Region on April 17-18, 2015 at the Quay County Rodeo Arena. In conjunction with the Spring Rodeo, the College has combined their Cinco de Mayo festivities with the Spring Rodeo, for one big community celebration, “Stampede Fiesta.” Stampede Fiesta will be held on Thursday, April 16. There will be live Mariachi music, face painting, free popcorn, horse rides for the kids, lots of food, and many other activities for all ages.
