Mesalands Community College is pleased to announce that their “Giving Tree” program raised a total of $244.00 for the Tucumcari Blessings in a Backpack program. This non-profit program provides local children with nutritious food to eat on the weekends.

Mesalands is also having a canned food drive that will run through Monday, December 14. Donations of food may be dropped off at the Mesalands Library and monetary donations will need to be taken to the Business Office. All proceeds will benefit the Ministry of Hope pantry.
