Last Friday, Representative Ben Ray Luján visited Mesalands Community College. His campus tour was led by students in the Artistic Silversmithing, Fine Arts, and Wind Energy Technology programs. He had the opportunity to interact with students and learn about the College’s course offerings, from their perspective. Rep. Luján was limited by time and had requested to visit these programs. He was also briefed on all of the College’s academic programs. Rep. Luján was very surprised to see how much the campus had grown since his last visit. He said he hopes to schedule a future visit to have the opportunity to see more of the College and to speak with more students.
