Mesalands Community College is now offering student housing for students.
The Stampede Village Apartment Complex provides students with affordable and convenient housing near campus. Stampede Village also supports student academic success, by giving students the opportunity to focus on their college education.
Stampede Village offers furnished one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, with a living room, kitchen, and dining area. Space is limited and rooms are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Living options include a one-bedroom two-person apartment, a bi-level two-person apartment, and a two-bedroom, three-person apartment.
A list of the basic items needed for move-in day and a list of items that are not allowed at the apartment complex.
Students at Mesalands Community College who are registered for a minimum of 12 credit hours, in good academic standing, and are 17 years of age or older at the date of move-in.
At this time, the College does not offer married or family housing.
Rates are determined per semester. Financial Aid is available for those who qualify.
How to Apply
All students applying to reside at Stampede Village will be required to pay a $200 refundable deposit to the Business Office. Housing Applications will need to be submitted to the Student Affairs Office. Room assignments are based on deposits.
