Higher Education Bond C is a bond on the 2012 general election ballot that allocates $1,000,000 to Mesalands Community College for much-needed facility renovations and improvements.

By voting for Bond C you can help:

Renovate and upgrade aging Mesalands facilities
Create an estimated 1,200 jobs in New Mexico
Provide quality training and education to attract and keep local businesses
Ensure we maintain and offer job training and careers for local residents

Absentee Voting
October 9-November 2, 2012

Early Voting
October 20-November 3, 2012

In-Person Voting (Election Day)
November 6, 2012; 7 am-7 pm
