The Mesalands Community College’s Dinosaur Museum and Natural Sciences Laboratory will open its doors free of charge for Museum Day on Saturday, September 22, 2018. Museum Day is an annual celebration of boundless curiosity hosted by Smithsonian magazine. Participating museums and cultural institutions across the country provide free entry to anyone presenting a Museum Day ticket. This event reflects Smithsonian’s vision in “shaping the future by preserving our heritage, discovering new knowledge, and sharing our resources with the world.”
Museum Day tickets are available to download now at Smithsonian.com/museumday. Tickets are also available at the Math-Science Learning Center at Mesalands. Visitors who present tickets at the Mesalands Dinosaur Museum will gain free entrance for two people on Saturday, September 22. One ticket is permitted per household, per email address.
