September 21 2022- Mesalands College proudly celebrated Constitution Day in the Wind Energy Lecture Hall with students, staff, faculty and the community! We commemorated the September 17, 1787 signing of the United States Constitution with special presentations by Dr. Stephen Edwards and Professor Nick Busch.
Dr. Edwards spoke about the role of Benjamin Franklin in the creation of the Constitution while Professor Bush explained the relationship between the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. The Daughters of The American Revolution also made an appearance, giving out free booklets of the Constitution. Thank you to all that attended the event!
