Step 1: Create a Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID: Username & Password
Each student and one (1) parent (for dependent students) must create a Federal Student Aid (FSA) Username and Password. This serves as a student and parents electronic signature on the FAFSA application.
It is important to keep this information in a safe place. Students and parents, will use this FSA Username and Password as long as they are attending college. Parents will use the same FSA Username and password for all of their children, you will not need to make a new one.
