HPE credit courses are offered each semester and include:
- Pilates-Style Mat Training
- Body Sculpting
- Circuit Training
- Weight Training for Women
- Fitness for Older Adults
- Zumba ©
- Fitness Yoga
All students wishing to enroll in a fitness course must submit a completed application for admission to the Student Services Office. If an individual is interested in enrolling in a fitness-related course only, s/he has the option of applying as a non-degree student. This will allow the student quick access to the fitness courses.
