The Strategic Plan provides direction and guidance on how Mesalands Community College will better serve its students and community. The Board of Trustees, administration, faculty, staff, and community members contributed to this document. This Plan was developed around four major initiatives that will serve as a path for the future. The initiatives were then linked to the College’s Mission and Goals, to ensure that the Strategic Plan is in concert with the purpose and function of the institution.
