Museum names Volunteer of the Year

February 13, 2017

During the reception, Gretchen Gürtler, Director of the Mesalands Dinosaur Museum, thanks Matt Nemrow for his help at the Museum.

The Mesalands Community College’s Dinosaur Museum and Natural Sciences Laboratory is proud to recognize Matt Nemrow as Volunteer of the Year. A luncheon was recently held at the Museum in Nemrow’s honor. He was presented with a lab coat embroidered with his name and the Museum logo.

Nemrow has been a volunteer at the Museum since 2010. He can usually be found giving Museum tours, or helping to process fossils in the Natural Sciences Laboratory. His efforts have earned him a prominent spot among the Fossil Friends at the Museum.
