Kick-start a new workout plan at Mesalands this semester

Mesalands Community College will be offering three fitness classes this semester to help students start, or continue their workout plans. For the spring 2017 semester, students can choose from the following physical education classes: HPE 137: Busy Body Boot Camp (Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30-6:20 pm), HPE 129: Circuit Training (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:10-6:20 pm), and HPE 143: Zumba (Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:30-7:20 pm). Classes for the spring 2017 semester will begin on Tuesday, January 17, 2017.

The Fitness Center at Mesalands is also open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Membership is $25 per month and a one-time only fee of $10 for a security photo ID to access the Fitness Center.
