Mesalands Community College will have their early registration, or also known as Fall Stampede Days, Aug. 13-14, 2014 from 9:00 am-6:00 pm. This event will be a one-stop shop for new and returning students. Mesalands faculty and staff will be available to help students through the enrollment and financial aid process. Fall classes will begin on Tuesday, Aug. 19.
Students that enroll in 12 or more credit hours during Fall Stampede Days, or have already pre-registered, will receive the free Stampede Gym Membership. This will give students free 24-hour access to the Mesalands Fitness Center from August 19-December 15, 2014. These students will also be entered to win a 32” flat screen TV. Free Mesalands t-shirts and food will also be provided for students during Fall Stampede Days.
Students can still apply for financial aid for the fall semester by submitting a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Financial aid is available for those who qualify. Staff members will be available during Fall Stampede Days to assist students with this process. Students may also schedule an appointment by calling (575) 461-4413, ext. 136. State resident tuition per credit hour is $48 at Mesalands and non-resident tuition is $89 per credit hour.
