College participates in month-long Halloween activities

The Halloween activities at Mesalands Community College, started with the daily readings of “A Night in the Lonesome October.” A total of 152 students and staff participated, as the characters emerged.

The College also continued the tradition of the campus-wide, game of tag “Humans vs. Zombies” with 23 participants. The humans won again this year.

The month ended with the Annual Halloween Costume Contest with 48 in attendance. Congratulations to the winners of the student contest: 1st Place-Nikole Roark and 2nd Place-Ashle Brown. The “Best Staff Costume” went to faculty and staff from Academic Affairs.
